What Is Individual Leasing?

Individual leasing gives you peace of mind. Your student is only responsible for their own space—not the entire apartment. Unlike traditional apartments or rental homes with joint leases, you won’t be on the hook if a roommate transfers schools or moves out. What Is Included In The Rent?

At The Bryn, your rent covers internet, water, sewer, trash, in-unit washer and dryer, full access to our amenities, and the support of a friendly, responsive team that's here whenever you need us.

What About Utilities?

The only utility you'll need to pay separately is electricity, which is billed monthly through the resident portal. In addition, there’s a monthly utility fee that is also charged to your account for the service. 

Where is The Bryn located?

​The Bryn is conveniently located just minutes from Penn State University and sits along the CATA bus route for easy access to campus and around town.

Are The Apartments Furnished?

​Absolutely. Each apartment comes fully furnished with a full bedroom set, living room furniture, and kitchen appliances.

Is There A Shuttle To Campus?

​While we don’t offer a private shuttle, The Bryn is directly on the CATA bus route, providing quick and easy transportation to Penn State and around State College.

Is The Bryn Pet-Friendly?

​Yes, we welcome pets! Contact the leasing office for our pet policy, breed restrictions, and fee details.

Is There On-Site Maintenance?

​Yes, we have a dedicated maintenance team available for routine requests and 24/7 emergency maintenance service.
